White Port and Ruby Port are two distinct styles that together create a layered and expressive finish. The whiskey first rests in White Port casks for two months, imparting smooth nutty flavors, delicate spice, and subtle notes of citrus peel from oak-aged maturation. It is then transferred into Ruby Port casks for an additional month, where vibrant red fruit, chocolate, and bold spice add depth and intensity. The result is a sophisticated balance of nuance and depth, showcasing the seamless integration of two distinct port styles.
